A 5-storey factory in Tianzifang was converted into Creative Industry Park into which art creative talents from 10 countries and regions were introduced. Studios and design offices were set up. On the neighboring Taikang Road, there were galleries, handcraft shops, and also studios of famous painters, such as Chen Yifei, Er Dongqiang and Wang Jieyin.
